Summary: After the energy war, survivors build Ecoban, an artificial intelligence city that uses polluted air and water in the South Pacific as energy sources. Refugees flock one after another, but Ecoban’s powers do not accept those contaminated with radiation. Refugees set up a home near Ecoban and name it Marla. 100 years after the construction of Ecoban, someone invades the Delos Tower in the heart of the artificial intelligence city Ecoban.
