The emperor of Mifan, Chiaotzu, is searching for his missing “Ran Ran”. “Minister” Master Shen, who owns the Pilaf gang took the gem search radar from Chiaotzu with a promise to find the Dragon God to locate Ran Ran, but he really just wanted to kill Chiaotzu and take over the country.
