Summary: OVA is the origin of the popular series. Tokyo city police depertment (CP), which had been investigating the frequent cases of girl kidnapping. We lacked conclusive evidence for organized crime under McCoy’s command.

Maki, Reimi, and Yuka, a group of three Lady Police, set out on their own for a sting operation without worrying about the air inside the heavy CP.
