This program called Brain Burst and it has the power to stop time by accelerating one's brainwaves in the real world. He used the powers of Brain Burst to temporarily get rid of real life with those who bullied him and was happy with this. However, he soon realized that Brain Burst was more than just a useful tool for improving his life. This program is actually a virtual reality game with online multiplayer fighting. You must collect Burst Points to keep the program from disappearing and returning to normal.
